Recycle Plastic Bottle Caps

For non-refillble recycle plastic bottle caps, there are several popular size to fit standard bottle finish, such as 33x47mm/33x58mm/30x35mm/30x44mm/31.5x44mm.

The six different print color could be printed on both top and side of bottle plastic caps by Italian CALF and OMSO multicolor printer. Swiss MADAG top positioned hot foil stamping machine could print design on the top and sides. Besides, top embossing and Flexographic closure can be also workable in the production

The plastic fitment are produced by high speed German DMG injection molding machine, and the aluminum sheet is printed by Fuji two-color printer.

Generally speaking, for new clients, the order could be started from 50000pcs at the beginning of cooperation, production lead time is 4 weeks.
