The six different print color could be printed on both top and side of screw caps by Italian CALF and OMSO multicolor printer . Swiss MADAG top positioned hot foil stamping machine could print design on the top and sides. Besides, top embossing and flexographic closure could be also workable in mass production.


The thickness and material of aluminum screwcaps is 0.22mm, 8011 aluminum alloy. Aluminum screwcaps are produced by high speed BORTOLIINKEMO machine that was imported from Europe, 60000pcs per hour, equipped with automatic inspection machine.


For new clients, the new order could be started from 50000pcs with each design, and our production lead time is 3~4 weeks.
