The aluminium closure is formed by passing aluminium sheet alloy through a 3 stage
metal pressing process.
The closure is decorated to the customer’s requirements using a combination of lacquers,
inks and varnishes.
A liner is inserted into the closure to provide a liquid tight seal and to preserve the
integrity of the bottle contents.
The top section of the closure containing the liner is attached to the bottom section by a
series of joins known as bridges. When the top is unscrewed, the bridges break, offering
visual evidence that the product has been opened.
